REGULATION
\nXXII INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIOSHIPS NAIL MASTER CUP 2019,
\nTIP BOX 3D \u2013 THEME \u201cDARK MIDDLE AGES\u201d
\nGENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
\n1. Rules of this Regulations (called further Regulations) will be applicable to all XXII International
\nChampionships Nail Master Cup 2019 – \u201eDark Middle Ages\u201d Tip Box 3D.
\nIntegral parts of the regulations are:
\na. Championship Application form (info: name, address, phone number and information about selected competition).
\nb. Participants’ declaration giving the Organizer right to use created work for promotion and any other marketing
\npurposes.
\nc. Participants’ and model’s declaration giving the Organizer right to use their image for promotion and any
\nother marketing purposes.
\nd. Participants’ declaration that he\/she is the only author of submitted designs and owner of copywright – in
\nthe understanding of copywright laws.
\n2. The Championship are organized by Euro Fashion Akademia Paznokcia, (called further the Organizer).
\n3. The Championship will be held on 6 October 2019 in AmberExpo Centre, \u017baglowa Street 11 in Gdansk,
\nduring 22nd Cosmetics and Hairdressing Fair URODA, (called further MTG).
\nTASK
\nThe task is to create nail art on tips clearly associated with the main topic: \u201eDark Middle Ages\u201d. Nail art must
\nbe done before the competition and delivered to be judged maximum to 6 October 2019, by 10:00.
\nThe Championships are open and dedicated to everyone, who confirm the participation to the Organizer to 6
\nOctober 2019, to10:00 and pay 130 PLN (Division I) or 150 PLN (Division II) on Organizer’s account (or in
\ncash in the day of Championship).

\nRULES
\n1. Each nail stylist (an adult) can take part, the condition is the use of professional materials and products,
\nand to meet the registration criteria.
\n2. The participant should submit the complete project showing the combination of different materials and
\ntechniques (acrylic, gel, acrylic, watercolor, etc.).
\n3. All works must be completed by registration day until 10:00.
\n4. Participants should use 10 Hollywood tips (min. 5 sizes), where the biggest tips can not be bigger than:
\n9,2 cm x 1,2 cm, and the smallest can not be smaller than 6,6 cm x 0,6 cm. Tips cannot be modified or
\ntrimmed, they cannot be filed to stilettto or cut slantwise.
\n5. If the tips are in any way modified or only one size of tips is used or if the tips are not Hollywood style;
\nwork will be disqualified.
\n6. To create the composition you can only use professional materials. All kinds of elements such as
\nrhinestones, glitter, broths, feathers, wires can be used, but may not exceed 10% of the surface.
\n7. You can apply all possible decorative techniques (performed independently by hand). All kinds of stickers,
\ndecals, stamps and air brush not allowed.
\n8. 3D elements should not extend 4 cm above the surface of the tips either way. If the 3D elements will
\nexceed the dimensions, work will be disqualified.
\n9. Every tip should be separate (ie, do not stick the tips with each other). Tips should be placed in such a
\nway that they will stay in place but also members of jury should be able to remove each one to score.
\n10. All boxes should have list with products used and a brief description with the interpretation of the work.
\n11. The work must be submitted to the Organizer in boxes throughout transparent or with a window on top.
\n12. Boxes should be reported to the organizer in advance of the competition.
\n13. A participant may submit only one work.
\n14. All the work can be collected by person from the Organizer after the announcements of the results. The
\nOrganizer will not send back the uncollected work nor will store it.
\n15. Participants send or bring competition works at own expense.
\n16. Organizer will not be responsible if someone did’t read or didn’t understand the regulation.
\n17. The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations and modify any points of the rules up to 7
\ndays before the Championships.
\n18. You are not allowed to compete with a work that has already \u201etook part\u201d in other championships or was
\npublished in social media.
\n19. If judges have any doubts or there is any controversy about the work, Organizer reserves the right to ask
\ncompetitor to arrive to Head Office and show the skills. Competitor needs to prove that he\/she is the author
\nof the work. This can be up to 14 days after the Championships. Competitor arrives at own cost.
\n20. Competitors may not post any of their competition work before the awards ceremony
\n21. Any changes of the regulation will be published on the championships’ website.
\nAny legal claims of participants are excluded.
\nThe organizer shall not be liable for damages and loss of participants.
\nDESCRIPTION OF CRITERIA:
\nOverall impression, final effect \u2013 Have the tips been prepared professionally, clean, accurately and
\nimpressively. – max 10 points
\nThe use of advanced techniques \u2013 have advanced techniques of nail art been used to create the design or
\nany additional elements like glitters and stones applied in more than 10% – max 20 points
\nThe variety of materials, colors \u2013 have different materials been used in a correct way. Do chosen colors
\nwork well together? \u2013 max 10 points
\nOriginality, composition \u2013 the design is an original idea that all the elements together create a logic design.
\nAre all of the used elements needed? \u2013 max 20 points
\nPresentation of main topic\u2013 is the work clearly associated with the main topic? \u2013 max 5 points
\nJURY
\n1. Jury is appointed by the Organizers.
\n2. The jury evaluates, awards and prizes, and also interprets the rules.
\n3. Participants voluntarily submit to evaluation and criticism of members of the jury.
\n4. Evaluation and interpretation of the jury is final and not subject to appeal. No appeal against the decision
\nof the jury will not be considered.
\n5. Announcement of results and awards ceremony will be held on the main stage on 6 October 2019.
\nPRIZES
\nI prize: 400 polish zloty in voucher for products in EF ( and in branches, needs to be used within one month
\nfrom the championships), statuette, diploma,

\nOrganizer WILL NOT send the statue and diploma If the participant is not present at the award ceremony.
\nFINAL RULES
\n1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the Championship by the 29 September 2019.
\n2. Participation in the Championship is paid. The condition for participation is to pay the entry fee of 130
\nPLN (Division I) or 150 PLN (Division II) on acount:

\nDuring register at the information desk participant must show ID card and proof of the fee.
\n3. All participats of the Championships need to be familiar with the Regulation and accepts to use and store
\ntheir personal information due to the Safety of Personal Data Regulations (Dz.U. Nr.133 position 883).
\n4. Regulations are integral parts of the application for participation in the Championship, the statement
\nparticipant granting Organizer and MTG right to use the work done for promotional purposes, documentation,
\nand marketing of Organizer and MTG.
\n5. Participation in the Championship is clear with giving the right to the Organizer and MTG to use photos
\nfrom the Championship in the following fields of use: print any number of publications and any copies, use of
\nthe Internet and other forms that may be suitable for distribution of Organizer and MTG as related to the
\npromotion of the Championships and fair URODA and AMBEREXPO.
\n6.In the case of awarding prizes in cash or any other kind of prizes, award winner (in the sense of a person
\nconducting business activity) is required within three days of its compleition to pay flat-rate income tax of
\n10% of the gross value of received awards to the Organiser’s checkout or bank transfer to the account of the
\nOrganizer. Business \/ self-employed disperse same tax based on the amount of the prize certificate issued
